Terms and Conditions

All personal data will be processed and retained according to the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). The organising parties will process this data only in the context of the organisation of this event and as soon as these data won’t be needed anymore for the organisation of events, they will be deleted. Anonymous, personal data can be transferred to the speakers of the event and can also be used for reporting goals concerning the event.
